We've got the answers.

Attendance & Registration

Once you have purchased your registration through STAV you can then initiate the conference account creation process.

You should have received an email detailing your username and password.
Once you have received your login details select 'Conference Login' from the drop down menu titled 'VCE Physcon 2021'.
In the login box enter your username and password
You will be taken to the Members view of the conference page. This view gives access to all resources and session links as well provides the community/networking functions.
NOTE: If you're having trouble logging in please go to the contact us.
NOTE:On first logging in we recommend you go to your profile page by clicking the bell icon below the page's banner section. From there you can edit your profile: add a display picture and make your profile public. This allows you to network and become part of the conference community.

On-Demand:

Select 'Program' in the pinned menu on the right side of your screen or scroll down to the tabs section.
Select 'On-Demand'. This will open the On-Demand view, allowing you access to resources including pre-recorded videos.
Select 'Read More' to gain more session information and access to the session's resources

NOTE: You can also navigate through sessions by speaker in the 'Presenters' tab.

On entering a Zoom room, if the event hasn't already started you will be placed in a waiting room.
Please wait until the session's moderator lets you in.
Here you can not only listen to experts discuss their topic but also contribute!
Use the Zoom chat function to communicate with the presenter and moderator including asking questions.
You can also connect with fellow attendees and organise to chat with them further through member chat or in the Networking Lounge located in the 'Community' section on the main page.
NOTE: We encourage contributing to the forum (accessible through the 'Community' section on the main conference page). Locate your desired session's category and make a post, prior to the session starting. These posts may be referred to in the live session.

NOTE: If you need assistance during a live session please message the moderator in the Zoom chat.

Attending an event:

You can either scroll down to the conference tabs or select 'Program' in the pinned menu on the right side of the screen.
Then select 'Live Agenda'. It should already be open when you first view the tabs section.
Live sessions to attend will be in this section as well as the Meet and Greets with our Sponsors.
You may view all events by scrolling down or filter sessions by interest. These interest categories are located at the beginning of the 'Live Agenda' view.
Select read more on a session card to get the full information and any additional resources, including the zoom link button.
NOTE: The zoom link buttons will be made available a day in advance . If you enter a room before the event starts you may be placed into its waiting room until admitted in by the session's moderator.

Be a part of the conference community by utilising the 'Community' section of the main page!

The Networking Lounge

Is made up of a main room and breakout rooms.
Use the different rooms as meeting points with colleagues or with people you meet during a session.

The Forum

Use the forum to contribute to and learn more about your session's topic of interest.
Post photos, gifs, video links as well as commentary.
A session's forum will be where you post a question to be later addressed in the live session or Q&A.

NOTE: Be sure to make your member profile public.
