Supersigma offers enrichment activities for primary students who are keen to explore unusual topics in Mathematics.
What are Supersigma Programs?
We offer mathematics activities that sit outside of the school curriculum, giving students the opportunity to engage with challenging topics they would otherwise not encounter in the classroom. We focus on developing problem solving skills as students delve into rich investigations with an emphasis on explaining our results.
These are enrichment programs targeted at high-achieving students. There is no assumed knowledge and any required skills will be taught as part of the program. However, it is recommended that students are confident with simplifying fractions, multiplication tables, and common factors.
Programs run for 1.5 hours and are delivered online via Zoom.
Government School Booking
Supersigma is funded by the Department of Education as part of the Victoria Challenge and Enrichment Series. Bookings are free for all government school students.

Bookings must be made by a teacher and not the student’s parent or guardian. If you are a parent, please contact your school and speak to your child's classroom teacher to see if this program is suitable for your child's current learning level.
