As the Partnerships and Pathways Coordinator you will be focussed on establishing, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with businesses, industry, tertiary, NGOs, and schools to deliver innovative opportunities and new programs for secondary school students. You will advocate for Monash Tech School at industry forums, meetings and events. By exploring new ideas, seeking new relationships, and embracing new opportunities, you will work with the broader team to deliver new programs.

The skillsets you possess will allow you to identify opportunities, and work closely with the Director and Leadership team to support the design and implementation of project-based initiatives. Such work includes organising industry incursions and excursions across Victoria’s Priority and Growth Sectors assisting Monash Tech School in offering enrichment opportunities for students and contributing to industry’s involvement in events such as Career Launchpad, Roundtables and Community Engagement strategies. Suitable marketing and communications campaigns will be led and coordinated by you in support of the initiatives. Upon occasion, this role will require you to work outside of regular business or school hours.
