Launching Cleaner, Greener Careers

Career Launchpad returned this year with a new lens - cleaner, leaner and greener career opportunities. The lively session took over Monash University campus, with 136 students engaging in fast-paced pathways conversations with 47 industry professionals. 

Students led the session, asking their own questions of each professional, discovering their career journey, study pathways, and how they are working towards a cleaner, leaner, greener future for us all. With industry attendees from a range of sectors, including sustainability, science, infrastructure, and recycling, students were able to discover how a variety of careers function to improve our world. 

Rotations allowed students to interact with 15 professionals working in different roles in the sector. Each conversation provided an opportunity for students to understand a new career or pathway opportunity and consider whether this could be a potential option for their own future.
